DTDC reviews

Booked parcel at Trivandrum (tracking no: V68855751) on 18/11/2023 at around 1:30 pm for delivery at Chennai. Item is still at Kochi hub. I asked the retail outlet person and he charged INR 496 for express delivery by DTDC plus. Very disappointed and loss to my business. Will take this up legally.

Very poor service..take extra charges as they told your address is deactivated. For reactivation new complaint to be registered and need extra charges..what is this.you are a delivery agency and you cannot update the delivery address of the parcel.need huge time.this is totally ridiculous.dont go with DTDC anyone..goes through blue dart much better and reliable.

Very slow service My parcel left Delhi on 15th November, today is 20th November, I have not received it yet.

Very bad courier service

I send courier bangalore to Hyderabad. On 16-11-23 Still today 21-11-23 not reached Hardly it should. Only one day No feed back. About when will be delivered also Very very poor service among all courier

Very poor and slow service as compare than other courier.. I can say this is the worst courier service ever...

No response from customer care. Waiting in ivr, no one is there to reply. not able to give negative rating.

worst of all parcel service

This courier service are very wrost.These people are damaging their reputation. No one should take their services. I booked my courier on 10.11.2023 but still not received to me. Showing under delivery since last 2 days. No one is picking the phone at dtdc.
