Very slow service provider. Have to change

Very slow process and deliver also.

Dtdc service doesn't deserve single star I have couriered a parcel to Hyderabad but after 7 days it has not couriered and from last 4 days it is traveling in Hyderabad but not delivered on its destination so DTDC service is very worst in india i will never use its services.

Very poor service it's been a week they are trying to deliver at my location but getting undelivered.I have nit even been contacted even once by the delivery agent while they are out for delivery and everything they are sending me messages that it is undelivered.I also have not been given any contact number of the delivery agent to connect.Its disappointing to not receive packages on time

Pathetic service....... nobody from customer care number picking up my call. I paid for fast service and they told me that next day it will be delivered but 4 days passed not yet delivered the parcel. Never send any parcel in future by DTDC courier and never suggest anyone for DTDC

Customer support keeps disconnecting

This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had. They charged 450 for domestic shipping from Kerla to Delhi. They told me expected was a 5 day delivery after 7 days it reached the destination center but then they say it will take 4 more days to deliver. Are they walking and delivering it? 12 days for a domestic shipment. Why did i even pay 450 for it.
