Dtdc team what kind of service you provide I call to customer care support he aak me for a froud app and also he ask me for extra money and after that when I denied for open that app your exicutive abuse me and cut my call I take legal action for that support of your customer exicutive all those abusive word and his call recorded

Its been 5 days and I am still waiting for it it didnt even updated the location yet.

Been showing out for delivery everyday for the last 5 days, disgustingly slow service

You are advertising as door to door service but at the time of delivery you are asking me to go 7 km (approximately) and collect the courier from the office? I have paid you 65 rs as a charge and still I have to go 7km and burn 60 rs petrol to get my courier? And your explanation is that my area is not serviceable why you are telling that at the time of delivery? You should have told earlier before Taking my courier or you shouldn't have take my courier as it is not serviceable. Worst courier service in the world.. don't trust DTDC

Your service is so pathetic that with out attempting delivery, I got message as wrong address.If there is option I would have rate it as negative

Zero rating. It is worst service. I booked a wedding invitation card from Noida to be delivered in Noida on 16th Nov.23 with express delivery but it has not been delivered as yet. I may have to initiate legal action against the company in the District Consumer Court.

Beware about frod people when u try to contact customer dtdc. Dtdc must do some necessary step on customer call. In google there r frod no feed on dtdc be careful
