DTDC reviews

DTDC is absolutely WORST and HOPELESS in Courier Service world. I would STRONGLY recommend not to use DTDC courier service ever. Because, in my case, my Parcel did not reached at the destination which was accepted by them to be delivered at Nashik, and when I requested to return it back to me at Kalyan, it unable to show the location of my Parcel and took 15 long days to trace it. So, please do not use DTDC's service to avoid painful harrasment and patience. I don't want to rate DTDC with even single star also....

Even on the 7th day parcel did not reach Pune from Lucknow. Last 3 days the parcel is in Pimpri Chinchuvad are

Parcel is at destination hub for last 24 hrs. Waiting for an auspicious time for delivery?

I think there boys doing private work simultaneously. I sent a parcel on 13th morning within the city itself but still it's not reached. Whenever I enquire they tell it's reaching in few hours. Shameless people

Worst courier service Take extra money for express service.. But delivered the documents after 5-6 days

Bad service No call no information

Horrible experience . It’s like you’ll just don’t care . A parcel of imported chocolates which was suppose to be delivered from hyderabad to Bombay in 2 working days has taken 7 working days in which even after rigorous follow up there has been no response . All the chocolates got spoilt and the hamper reached in the worst condition with all boxes open inside and lids all over the place . It was extremely embarrassing for me and my guest. Will never use this service again and will definitely ask everyone I know not to use it too.

9th booked parcel from bangalore to udupi 16th also not delvered. Tracking also not available. Third class courier.
