Very Bad service , consignment received @ Yelahanka apex 2.9.24, still it is not received. Contacting their local office, they give lot of contact nos: but sll nos: switched off, Inform this to their local office, they also, yes nos: is switched off. Conract to customer care they said complaint raised now, asking them to what is the previous complaint status , said it is processing, WHAT A SERVICE

I will request customers not to send their consignment through DTDC They didn't delivered my courier and above all when I tried to contact them through toll free number they disconnected the call It was a bad experience

Very bad service delivery

Worst service. We have to go to DTDC Point to collect our consignment personally. The behaviour of the staff there also worst. I would like to give 0 Star. But it is not there

Worst delivery service. My consignment reached my nearest DTDC Point on 9/9/2024 and messages regarding "consignment out for delivery received on 9/9/2024 and 10/9/2024 but they didn't delivered. Finally on 11/9/2024 my father went to the DTDC Point and collected it. Very hopeless Branch. The behaviour of staff at DTDC Point also very nasty.

worst customer care service not receiving call neither call back

worst service ,waste of money and not advisable this DTDC app and also online tracking system is to poor. they charge450 rs for express delivery but till after 3days parcel not deliver in same state .if you want send parcel or any etc so should go with Indian normal post service they are faster then DTDC .
