Worst service 3 days completed not yet received

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from DTDC. Despite receiving messages related to parcel delivery, I did not receive any calls from the delivery boy, even though I was at home throughout the day.This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly and improve the quality of your services.

Since 10th November morning my document is lying at Delhi Samalkha apex. Destination is Noida. Please expedite, it is very important for myself. Honour your commitment to be the best courier service provider.

Very bad service

I sent item from Kattappana to Perumpilavu (Thrissur )on 8th Novemver 2023 with clear mentioning pincode also. Due to one of my previous experience, i wrote the name of place in Malayalam also. (One year before they deliver the product at Perumbavoor). On 8th November i checked the track realized that, the consignment is misrouted and reachedc at palakkad branch. Finally it reached my place on 11th November 2023. I paid ₹ 440 for 10 kg 50 grams. I have to say one thing, please place person who have a minimum literacy in English and Malayalam at collection and despatch section. Too bad service with extra ordinary charge. Don't use DTDC.

My parcel didn’t get yet .Two weeks waiting for the parcel please don’t trust DTDC. Customer care didn’t attend call . So please don't sent dtdc way
