Very poor service. Parcel sent on 6.11.2023, till today 11.11.2023 not reached destination. Any other courier is better than DTDC. Next time, I will never send by DTDC. My tracking no. D71844774. In the past too my dock delivered after 10 days with lot of follow up.

very bad service.courier service doesn't care for customer service also if any urgent item ,you will not get in time.our speed post is better.

My parcel was delivered on 3rd but till now I have not received it. DTDC's work is very slow. Now I will never do parcel from them in my life.

They say speed courier service is faster ,and charges more costlier than that of the regular courier charges, but taken the regular courier time only.But paid more charges.this was my experience with dtdc
