This is very ridiculous and horrible thing. I never experienced before by DTDC courier. But today parcel tracking shows parcel reached near to my place... they even not try to contact me or not reach at my home. And got msg from courier company that . Unable to deliver. Whenever I tried to contact customer care service, the guy demand for extra money. And was very rude and vulgar at talk.
