Hi. DTDC Courier is not good working about due to month was not received my packages. 10 time, I was calling to man of DTDC Courier do not reply me. But DTDC Courier service is not understand about the Package for very money. It was lost.

Consignment no X41441296 is out for delivery from 6/11/23 but still not delivered, no one is responding. Very unprofessional behaviour of company. Worst service ever I have seen.

Very worst service. Nobody picks call at customer care, which will be always engaged. If by chance ring goes, they will take and keep on hold. This is Not the earlier DTDC.

The parcel delivered on 31.10.23 as per your system but I have not received yet. Why may I know?

Difficult to find such a useless service provider, strange to know that it's still surviving. I'm unable to locate my caurier since it's booking on yesterday noon.

Very bad service ordered on 31st October and it said package would be recieved 4 days later it's been 10 days still not recieved

Dear sir/madam. I was expecting a consignment from Delhi . My consignment no is 7D2758854. I had been tracking from the 31st of Oct at your Athani office kochi . As I am staying in kakkanad kochi. I called this office on 5th Saturday to find out where it has reached. That time I was informed yes it has reached and will be delivered on Monday that was 7th. Unfortunately it did not reach . So I again made a call then I was informed to me that it is in the Palachoud office and he gave me a mob number this number is 9567651187. When I called this number I came to that my mob number was wrong . I agree to that but my address was correct and this office is very close to my house. But to note is this gentleman who is having his office so close to my house. HE TOLD ME .BECAUSE MY MOB NUMBER IS WRONG THE CONSIGNMENT IS RETURNED. I humbly request you to find if my consignment is there in your logistic office .please do not return it. Kindly send it my address. My tracking no with M23775103 which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd November … Malad East branch has lost my courier… one of the worst experiences of my life …. All my original medical claim documents of my mother has went for a toss which is amounting to loss of more than 2 lakhs… can someone be accountable

Dtdc is a worst service of indian courier service. They (Balaramapuram branch)leave my parcel another place.

My product is missing
