Very poor service. Worst than the local couriers also. They blame the customer for requesting changing of dates and delay the delivery. Writing to their customer care also not helpful. My parcel was important but despite reaching the destination on 5th September but has not been delivered yet.

Worst courier service ever I have seen my life I will never book the parcel again by dtdc it's totally waste of time effort and money

It shows out of delivery but never delivered for 1 week. Like for real? Such a very poor service DTDC. Rating one star, don't even deserve a star though.
