Horrible experience. I couriered an envelope on 30.1.23 from Gurgaon to Delhi. Inspite of mentioning complete address of the receiver (Name of the person, society name, plot no., sector no. and pincode), it is not delivered. Website says incomplete address. Spoke to Customer care, useless and hopeless staff. I asked him to tell me what is missing in the address, he said check at website. I am reporting this to a consumer court soon

Its been almost 10 days and my courier is still not delivered and the tracking is still showing its origin city. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Worst pathetic do not deliver any parcel from DTDC they are frauds they told that they deliver parcel with in 5-6 days now I lost my job just because of you guys thank you so much for you worst service #BoycottDTDC

One courier status shows “In Transit”, no update on that. What’s the use of this utility? The customer is in dark.

Worst services ever I seen. From Kolkata to Siliguri they take more than 6 days!

Very slow delivery

courier didn't received but, status was updated in the system already delivered, raised compliant to customer care.. poor service.. still no action even After two days.. How they will update in the system as delivered.. i recieved a message when out for delivery and got an OTP which to be shared delivery time.... but courier is not delivered... OTP not shared... But in the system updated as delivered... Worst service
