There is a lots of poor facilities of this courier service they take my parcel and at main office they said me that come and receive your parcel from my office, I was very shocked that time this courier company provide us door step delivery but why couldn't, again I denied I will not come then they updated that I denied to received, I feel this company service just joking facilities, If you not able to deliver at location why I prefer any one and why you received my courier for delivery, it means that n waste of time and money also

If we call customer care it reaching some froude group saying your address mismatching pay 3 rs through google pay by sending link then it correct your address and send you, this froude group merged in with this tracking website

Parcel had been sent from trissur to trivandrum on 27th October, still I had not recieved, what courier service this company doing.better close this service or we customer will go to consumer court.

Worst service - Documents booked on 17th Oct , was delivered on 28th in the evening.. Took 11 days to reach Gurgaon from Kolkata .

Very bad service, they send customer support unsafe apk and ask you to install .this apk will stole customer privacy data and their response also very very bad.
