Worst to say the least, parcels never arrive on time, no direct contact numbers, shows wrong and false updations of having attempted delivery at midnight. Don't use this platform

Very horrible service. You don't have any check on your service renders. They are rude. My shipment reached here on 21st oct 2023 but it's been 26th Oct 2023, it's undelivered. Everyone was delivering but your courier was closed on the name of Dusshera for 7 days. It was a food item and depending upon your services was a wrong decision.

Very bad. DTDC it’s shame on your part. I have ordered one shampoo for my dog they were showing wrong information always. Either you improve or quit from this service. I am sure you your down fall is certain.

Not expecting this service from such good courier .your door service and as much as customer care service is not good. Your charging per courier rs 150 and not delivering ton time giving reason that address is incomplete. And asking update your address pay more charges for updating. This service is horrible
