When I called customer care This guy talks in hindi , says you parcel not delivered, some location not clear, Asks to send 5 INR , via gpay, There will be a call back , etc. When I ask that I want to talk with manager or supervisor Who can Talk in English for better understanding he disconnects the call. This happened twice . It should be zero star

Poor service, its almost a week and still I have not received the parcel.very poor Service. People please Avoid using Dtdc it's just a name and brand but it is good for nothing, Indian post is better as it also takes 4-5 days and also is Cost effective. Then why opt for such kind of poor courier service which is expensive and of no use.

0 rating worst service they are giving if i went for pickup my order by walk also i will be reached return with my order in my place that mu cc h delay.

I have booked the parcel from.bangalore to chennai on 18/10/23 I have still not rcvd the parcel why is it taking so much time to deliver

Courier is booked on 17th but still not received after 3 days also it's in transit not applicable taking so long time to reach destination

Worst service I have ever seen don't use it try to get best service
