Very very pathetic and poor service not at all recommended. Parcel is at chakan branch since 10 days still delivery not done and nor returned the parcel. Very poor staff not responding at all

Consignment no k42686186 booked on 3.10.23 for Bankura, is yet to reach its destination after 13 days, the top most franchisee of Kolkata and Bankura have been sleeping after holding zero responsibility of each other. The worst experience endured till now.
