Worst one..and the attitude of customer care are disgusting..

My parcel is not yet received, can you give me the present status of the parcel

When you can't do anything by responsible than why this kind off corior DTDC they don't have customer care number and any of facility in India no.1 worsted DTDC shippment

DTDC is the most pathetic service you give to us even your call centre doesn't bother to speak with us a lady received the call and said hello and cut off the phone my parcel from Lucknow to Agartala can anybody tell me when I will receive those plants my parcel I think my plants will die. Ridiculous service by DTDC courier I will never try this courier anymore

I did not receive my parcel yet why did you tell that person will be delivered within 78 days as it contain plants. Even I called your call centre a lady received the call after lot of time but she didn't tell anything just said hello and then cut off the phone is this the way you give service and behave with the people hopeless service by dtdc courier.

Didn't receive yet my purcel Consignment number is D76016002 Some mango plants are there from Lucknow to Agartala, Tripura . Very poor and slow service, if my plants die then who will be liable, just tell me this. I should not give even 1 star but to submit i need to give.
