Service is very bad.Too much delay.I posted letter to kolkatta frm them on 27 th September from Mumbai with promise that leter will b delivered by 29 th September ,but I think it reached destination on 3 rd October

Very bad Service. My parcel from Bangalore to Coimbatore was delivered after a week in broken condition. The person who picked it, never took my calls thereafter. Call centre too is hopeless.
