Fraud if we call customer care some unknown person calling and asking for UPI number be careful..very irresponsible courier service

Bot received parcel for 3 daysif we call customer catr some fraud call and ask for bank details and asking to pay 2 rupees and asking for otp fraud

Worst service.... My parcel is not being delivered since 10 days. When I tried to contact, I m getting some personal mobile no, and when I called , that person asked me to download some documents sent to me on WhatsApp and when I tried to download it, I m warned that there might be some risk in doing so. Also, when I called the person, true' caller showed that it might be fraud. So disappointed with the service

Delivery is too late. They call and ask us to pick up from their office. What kind of courier service is this???
