I sent my rakhi on 12 Aug 2024 today is 27 Aug2024 still my brother didn't receive my rakhi such a pathetic service no value of money by this service

Rubbish customer service , People can't even communicate properly

All are Bloody useless fellow, Delhi to Bangalore by air time is 8 days ➕ goods delivery.

Such a pathetic service. There was no delivery attempt and no one contacted and now they are demanding additional money to deliver my parcel.

Courier no. Z43671351 I had a worse experience of that courier service. His delivery boy call me after office hours and say delivery next date because he war far away from my office delivery location. After that 1 week over; consignment not yet received and he marked in his system it was delivered. 8 don't know what can I do in addition to lodge complain.

Worst service better go for professional courier is reasonable
