Pathetic courier service. For a parcel booked on 22 Aug, yet to receive in Pune on 29 Aug. Multiple calls to them have resulted only in the status getting changed but no delivery. Tracking no D31310553

Worst services. Not able to deliver a courier from National Capital to class 1 city in 10 days. What will do with ordinary cities. Not responding to e-mail or call even. Surely they have no sense to understand the need of courier services. In what situations or circumstances, a consumer needs such service, but it's not their concern. Go with DTDC only when you have no urgency, want to waste money, Don't ever want to see the item you send or want to have fun.
