I had send a parcel on 1.7 24 from Coimbatore to kanpur.They have lost my parcel and no one is answering me.

Parcel sent from hyderbad on 16th July. Still not delivered or traceable. Site shows differing information. Sometimes , out for delivery , some time delivered. Have spoken directly to the people at the DTDC franchise offices. Customer Care id totally unresponsive and behaves like a robot. Would recommend people stop using DTDC services

Yesterday i.e. 5-8-24 booked a cover as speed courier n they charged 310 rupees, today 6-8-24 7.01 pm, still not delivered.

I called for inquiry of courier called on number which was on website 8327746829 before i disconnect unknown number 9609447853 called and ask to install app and register by payment of 2 rs. Fraud calls are coming. Website should be protected
