A very poor service..this is my recent experience.

One of the worst courier service in Tiruvannamalai.

Dtdc courier was superb to reach my parcel in Jalandhar branch it reached correctly without any delay and courier boy was superb he sent me delivery photo thanks to dtdc courier services

I sent a small parcel to Gandhinagar, Gift City from South Mumbai by Air on Friday evening, for 2 days nothing happened, it was lying in Ahmedabad. I was in a panic mode on Monday as the parcel had to reach my client. I kept calling DTDC MUMBAI office continuously and finally at 4.00 pm I got the number of the franchisee in Gift City, I started calling him up continuously and finally he gave me the delivery boys number, I called him and his information was that he would try his best to deliver by late evening, then he suggested that sendhim Rs 100/- and he would deliver in 10 minutes, on confirmation from my clients that they received the parcel I paid him Rs 100/- via gpay. It was shocking to my clients too. Shame on you DTDC.

These idiots neither deliver the courier nor respond. Pl don't book and loose your valuable time and money

Excellent service. Delivered timely. Recommended all to use the services of DTDC.

Very very worst service by DTDC this is not the way to deliver product with in city how many day u peoples are taking for 22 km it’s almost 6 days it’s very bad … pathetic job by DTDC …. Rapido and Uber are better to corrier … with in a hr they people are deliver all over Hyderabad….

I have booked 3 days before i from Mumbai kurla to Mumbai borivali but parcel not received on time as per commitment. Very bad service
