Worst service ever. Promised me to deliver on time but no one giving proper response. It's best to send currier by bus driver. It's best that shut your business id don't give proper service.

Worst service...delivery boys are just like lewd...they put wrong feedback like..door is closed..deny to take parcel..come tomorrow..like that. Stupid.. Please suggest to legal fir if any one have idea

Frustrating service charged me extra 200 for speed service and the speed service is timetaking than normal service

worst service..... i am very much at home.... no one has come to deliver... They just show door closed without coming for delivery.. our watchman is there 24 hrs.. No DTDC courier person has come....

Ref: 51269426 I had received plants from nursery 3rd day after sending it from nearby town. It took one whole day for delivery, where as I location is just 2.5km from your outlet, on main road. Delivery person is arrogant, which is not acceptable to customer. Moreover , I suggested your customer to review the service of dtdc logistics.

C grade service..no one have to answer where the parcel is.google customer care numb is also fraud numb... customer care executive tell client to pay 5 rs in link and the d2dc delivery boy cal you and said where your parcel are available..these would be not so good @ these type of named courier .

No response. Parcel is in transit for long.

Very bad service! Have not received parcel in 6 days that was sent by air. Has been showing at Sakinaka for last 2 days. Yet to be delivered in Mumbai itself.

Very worst pathetic service... Haven't received my delivery yet.. without even calling they have updated the status that customer is unavailable... Disgusting.. they update all false status and cheat the customers. I tried reaching to customer care also.. even then didn't get proper resolution yet... Worst service ever had
