Fastway Australia reviews

They call themselves Fastway but yet when you try and track them down via phone in Perth WA they wont answer their phones , they are useless i have been waiting for my parcel for 2 and half weeks now . Aggrrhhhh , fastway texted me on NOv 1st 2019 to say my order will be delivered to the store on this day and its now Nov 14 still no trace of it .

Day 17 still no parcel. New vote 1- 2 =-1

I am writing this as I am on hold about another lost parcel!

Day 16 still no parcel, wonder if the second parcel, sent a week earlier gets here first. I"ll keep you update on progress. Hence my no score in your rating. Unfortunately it let leave it. So my score 1 minus1

Tracking did not tell me who to contact for my parcel. Worst couriers ever had involvement with. Just want to know where parcel is , so simple but so hard. Still no wiser

parcel missing have no idea where it is. Avoid any business that use the disaster of a courier. The sooner it goes out of business the better for everyone.

They claim to have ‘missed you’ in other words you weren’t home, when all they do is take your parcel to some location you have to go to to collect. I was home all day, no courier came

Need to get rid of these guys simple, call your supplier first if they use fastway tell them NO deal, see how long they last if we all do that.
