These guys are by far the worst carriers in Australia. I hate it when I buy something online & then get a Fastway tracking number, cos I know it's going to be late, lost or a total hassle. You know it's gonna be stuck at a "sorting facility" for ages. Surprised they're actually still in business.
This would have to be the worst courier in the country . Waited 2 weeks to deliver item 1400 km. Ordered another item , specifically told seller not to use fastway , but did anyway . 7 days and still sitting in the depo in Sydney where order was placed

Literally the worst courier service
This is the worst courier company in Australia. My item has been sitting in sorting facility for over a week. It has not moved and zero communication. I just got another package from the 16.09.22 today, however, the delivered it to the wrong address yesterday. I unfortunately have to other orders waiting in sorting facilities. They obviously don't read their reviews.
Absolute rubbish service, pressure businesses you purchase from not to use this courier, my item has been sat in their sorting facility for 9 days and counting.

Should be renamed to slow-way couriers. No, scrap that. No-way couriers. That’s better. When your good eventually arrive, chucked at the front door, left in the rain. Or parcel collect card balances on door handle, that won’t blow away will it. Pah phooey.
Picked my parcel up on the 15th from Victoria. Still waiting for it to arrive in Cairns 11 days later. Australia Post have a much better service......
The worst courier company in Australia. They loose so much stuff and take weeks to go only a few kilometres. Would not recommend ever!
Very very slow and a pointless tracking number that doesn't update I don't recommend fastway
My parcel has been sitting in a sorting facility for over a week according to the tracking, had to tell the supplier to send the part again except this time to use Aus post.
Slow all round. Slow to pick up,slow to provide tracking,slow to deliver.
