Fastway Australia review by john.schneider

Its nearly one month since I got a card from Fastrack about my parcel delivery. You cant ring them, they dont follow up on on line enquiries and they had a chat thing that i asked the question but they never answered. Where is my parcel after a month??????? Hopeless service Id never trust them again!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't rate them one star.

  • Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

  • Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.

  • Aramex "Fastway" ..Australia are the worst Courier service in the country...by far....not sure if my parcel is lost...or "Stolen".....absolutely no customer service....should be reported to a Government Agency....
