Advised me my parcel has been delivered which I haven’t received, this is a terrible service

An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.

Clowns and how is a company with such bad reviews even aloud still to do business ps I have one eye and could still do a better job

They take too long to do anything. There is no way to contact them easily. Don't even have a phone number. From now on I will ask sellers if they use FastWay. If they do I will not buy from them.

I had a parcel sent to literally 30min up the road and five days have gone by and still not received, shocking service

I try to never buy from anyone uses this circus of a company. They constantly lie about where the items are. Extremely poor service.

Order was acknowledged for pickup by Aramex on 23 Sept. Still not collected and it's the 1st October!!!! Terrible courier service....

Worst delivery service i have ever experienced in Australia. Now i know why we are getting free delivery cuz u will never gonna receive your parcel and the money u have paid for your item will be gone too Can’t contact any one regarding this

Says delivered to Adelaide I live I Queensland. I suppose I'm not getting my item. Can't find where to contact useless

Dispatched from Melbourne on the 3rd of September now the 13th. Slowest delivery service ever.

Two weeks to deliver from Sydney. It would be faster by Pony Express. Sad. to see such poor performance. Minus 5 stars
