Fastway Australia review by Kim Rollo

An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.

  • Aramex "Fastway" ..Australia are the worst Courier service in the country...by far....not sure if my parcel is lost...or "Stolen".....absolutely no customer service....should be reported to a Government Agency....

  • waiting on a parcel delivery....arrived in Sydney 26/1124.....it is now 9/12/24..no tracking updates......contacted Aramex..took my details...nothing come of it....starting to believe all the bad feedback on this page....

  • Its nearly one month since I got a card from Fastrack about my parcel delivery. You cant ring them, they dont follow up on on line enquiries and they had a chat thing that i asked the question but they never answered. Where is my parcel after a month??????? Hopeless service Id never trust them again!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't rate them one star.
