I highly advise to never ever deal with this company, it’s got to be by far the worst courier service I've ever dealt with, very dodgy, no customer support, been almost a month and no updates.

Worst service ever. Item was collect from Melbourne 15 days ago and no updates in the tracking since and customer service haven't replied to any of my message and Fastway make it so hard to contact them which I'm assuming is on purpose so they don't receive 1000's of complaints about there service and extended delays

Terrible. Took 2 extra weeks to get a parcel that was coming from Sydney (while I'm in Hobart) I decided to email them this morning and funny enough my son's two parcels arrived shortly after.

Dumb driver could not even find a majoy Sydney hospital to deliver to, very poor.... parcel now at some pickup place I can't get to, (i am now in a nursing home).

They didn`t deliver and return to sender! Always.... I never get the item from aramex. I don`t understand why company use aramex? Never never Never......

Terrible couriers. Absolutely useless. Easier to drive a 50km round trip and pick the item up yourself rather than organise a redelivery. Totally pathetic. They call themselves a courier service, and you have to do everything yourself.

Absolutely pathetic. left my package at the wrong house in a different suburb, signed for the package themselves, and left it out in the open. Customer service was not helpful at all, they said it would be 24-48 hours to investigate and hung up. No further updates.

Waited in, nobody knocked on the door, card left! Now have to drive 30km to pick up my parcel. Just rubbish!!! Can’t give zero stars

Always slow. Tracking numbers often don’t work. Takes forever for parcels to arrive. Always excuses around a backlog of deliveries which tells me they are under resourced and don’t want to fix their internal management issues sadly. I wish I didn’t have to deal with them at all!!! Lift your game people. Look at your review rate (1.22)! It isn’t good enough for todays age
