Kept me up to date with the process. Delivery was left in a very safe place just as my request. I've dealt with many Delivery companies and this one is very good.

Empty packaging delivered, item had been removed or fell out during transit. All responsibility denied and a flat refusal to conduct a search .

Your company is completely hopeless paced was meant to arrive on Thursday last week you said you can't locate my property what you don't use google maps you spastics

Absolutely the worst company in every way. Took weeks to finally get courier tracing advice. Then repeatedly advising UNABLE TO DELIVER. No successful contact was Tried to pick up from depo no address provided. This item was essential and needed before the 15th Apr Definitely UNPROFESSIONAL. Still no Delivery, still no ability to get an answer from the company. O is way too good for you lot.

there should be a 0 star option, it says my parcel has been 'delivered' when it clearly hasn't, always late, terrible service. gosh

It's been 3 days and not a peep from this courier company. Still says the device is not registered. How can it not be registered. The package must have been picked up by the courier. Did they forget to scan it in.

No notification of drop off til 24 hours later. Didn't ring my intercom.

Status: Delivered But nothing arrived. No evidence, nothing proof

Tracking says that the parcel has been delivered but I have not received my parcel yet which consisted of 2 expensive fine jewellery necklaces.

They have had my package since the 25th march and I'm 1hr and a half away

Is there a no star option. You'll probably need it in this instance. These guys are beyond hopeless. Always late, no apologies for their incompetence. I don't know how they still exist. If ever there was B-grade movies, this gets a I at best.
