Slowest in Australia, tracking is useless

Any slower and I would of passed of old age

Fastway have had this flea collar since 28 February. "Courier collected it on 4 March" in Melbourne. 10 March and its still in Melbourne. Sender couldn't give a damn either.

I agree with all of the other comments....ive had many deliveries from 'fastway' over the years and they've always been the slow-way...

Has to be the worst courier ever A simple parcel coming out of Sydney shouldn't be a problem. It's been in transit in Sydney for 5 days. Come on you lot try a bit harder. By the way iam only four hours north of Sydney.

Would not recommend this company for delivery. Last update 4 days ago and still no update . They also just leave your parcel anywhere to be stolen or they have a random you don’t know sign for your parcel

We had a parcel delivered today but only leads, where is the GPS that we bought from Ebay

The absolute and Classical definition of a RORT. They disguise an annual charge payable monthly to search for an order the’ve held onto for a reason…My next stop is EBay.

Have held the package since the 23 Feb 2024. ITS last assumed delivery date was yesterday. FASTWAY is the slowest way. OH yes. And it asnt arrived yet.

This company is absolutely useless. Slowesr delivery in Australia and that's saying something. Avoid like the bubonic plague.

What a disgrace. Fastway took 2 weeks to deliver. Should be called snailway or slowway or even no way. PEOPLE GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER.

Worst company ever, take so long to deliver parcels and terrible customer service don't care when driver doesn't follow instructions and leaves your parcel in an unsafe place at risk of being stolen or destroyed by weather.

My parcel still has not arrived from Melbourne to Newcastle yet, in transit for 3 weeks now. I know Australia is a big country but not the big 13 hour drive. Custom service with fast way very poor for not letting you know where your parcel is.

No updates since it's been picked up.......... why so many days and no updates....
