  • SLOWAY!!!!!! could walk quicker than their deliveries!! no communication it is now 21/2 and the package is in transit from perth and has been since the 13th.....................8 days what a joke. consider selling to the chinese guys they get goods shipped mainland china to your door in 3 days WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!!

  • Fantastic. To front door in a rural village were usually I can only get mail to a PO Box. Very speedy delivery. It came a few days within the fortnight, from the date of ordering. Impressive especially given that usually where I am if packages come at all they're almost always late and usually I have to retrieve it from the post office in the local town. Fantastic 5☆ service, package came in good time and tidy condition. Completely recommend 'Fast way Couriers'.

  • Item sorted 7/2/24 Sydney,no other updates.Today is the 16/2/24,still no update or delivery.Supposed to have received yesterday.Even Australia Post are much,much quicker than this mob.Should be called slowestway!I wouldn’t use this mob myself.

  • This company is just appalling, undoubtedly the worst courier service in Australia (service, what a sick joke). Sellers could never use this company. I'm not sure how they even stay in business. Avoid them like the plague (0 stars)

  • I love having important mail delayed perpetually in transit without any service personnel capable to provide information and/or solutions. This is another top courier service if you just want to waste time and money, it is nearly as good as just pegging the parcel in a random direction and hoping it makes it to the recipient. Five stars, one each for; maximum inconvenience, stress impact, parcel damage/loss, useless contact and successfully marketing a scam to be a legitimate service.

  • Love Fastway. They have always brought me my parcel, whether I lived in Queensland or now in Sydney. I prefer them over the other couriers. Thanks Fastway for your professional friendly service.

  • Useless. No working phone numbers. App doesn't work but then again neither does the company. I was informed they were taken over by Aramex, hummm the old saying frying pan and fire. When I contacted Aramex which is offshore, she said contact sender and hung up. Great customer service at least they answered the phone Fastways had theirs disconnected so you couldn't ring them. Why do companies still use them. I have so far lost 2 parcels to them, I actually drove to Sydney from Central Coast to pick up replacement, that one arrived how hard can it be. Use Australia Post parcels arrive and tracking is great.

  • Pathetic company should be called Castaway not Fastway because you are lucky if you ever see your package especially on time.When it did arrive it was dumped on my doorstep for all to see,my door was open so all they had to do was call out or ring the doorbell but I guess you need brains for that.Company hasn't got its act together for years now which only proves customer service means jack to them

  • what a joke, I tried to get tracking but honestly how do you do that when it sys you cant put the @ so you take it out then it won't accept it because there is no @..this would have to be the worst tracking site ever, If only companies sending goods would use Australia post, as its so much better and quicker

  • Fastway????? More like Uselessway, two weeks to deliver from Sydney to Melbourne, app is dodgy at best, can't call them for information, all in all, probably the worst delivery service I've ever seen, they honestly deserve 0 stars, absolute crap, I can't believe they've actually lasted this long in business.
