Fastway must be the worst courier in the country they are unable to follow simple instructions - ring doorbell on arrival and wait until I answer the door. My item was left at the front. At least, they found my address this occasion it only took them 10 days to deliver from Melbourne to Sydney. Auspost Perth to Sydney 6 days. There name should have been Slow way not Fastway.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
