Still waiting for package! Absolutely hopeless with information! Never use this company! Don’t update tracking and when you try to phone get nowhere! Would not recommend at all ! Very unhappy!

Of course they "ran out of time to deliver it today" - it's already 2 weeks late, on the van since 7:15am and he ran out of time at 5pm. What an absolute shit show of a courier service SlowWay NoWay is.

Slowway NOT Fastway, dreadful service, item stuck in Sydney now for five days being “processed” never use again. BEWARE.

Appaling service. These people really do not care about their service. They lie, they leave parcels unattended...

Here we go again. I groaned outwardly when I saw who it was being delivered with. SlowWay - I mean - Fastway apparently lost the item last week. Chased it up with the seller on MyDeal (Acos eCommerce Group also equally shady as sellers) to have it resent yesterday. I don't hold out much hope the seller won't send the wrong items as per reviews and Fastway will deliver it on time if ever. They haven't failed at failing yet.

SNAILWAYS is how it really is, never again will I order if sender is using this service over a week and still not recieved. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Worst carrier service shouldn’t be named fast ways should be named snailway, parcel has been in Melbourne since Friday. It is now Thursday night and still has not moved. Spoke to seller and they said fastway has parcels in their office that they need to sort out they just don’t have the time. They need to be shut down fastway

Item sitting at depot from tracking for 5 days no updates till i have to look up today on day 6 and still not received only has to go between sydney and canberra

Ordered Friday. Picked up Tuesday from Melbourne warehouse by courier. Checked on how it was going Wednesday 130pm still in Melbourne. Wow Australia post is quicker... had delivery from them last week same time frame ordered on Friday and was here by Wednesday morning...

I will look at sellers to see if they use fastaway and deliberately choose another supplier uf they do. Fastaway is the WORST COURIER EVER

Same as everyone else, nothing good to say. Packages NEVER arrive on or before the due date &, due to tracking info being non existent, you never know WHEN it will arrive... UNTIL IT DOES...

They never buzz. I’ve been waiting for a a delivery all day. Suddenly I get an email saying they missed me.

Of all pistal services ever usef within Australiia for send/receive, I can comfortably admit that FastWay have been the most sluggish below average performance in delivery time frames compared to anywhere else. Unreluable with snail paced follow through output. Please do'tt waste your time with these sloughes for Ipromise you will regret it in the shortest of times for any genuine result besides run around BS.
