I have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting, the carrier wrote on the door tag that delivery attempt was made at 11:50am at the business I manage. The tag was left after 4pm so clearly it wasn’t attempted to be delivered at the written time because I was in the store. Now when I try to set up re-delivery I can’t get a human on the phone and the automated system says they don’t have information for this door tag. I am super frustrated as I need this package to re-open my store after being closed for months, and the re-delivery date is for the day I am supposed to re-open. Super frustrated. FedEx do better. The company I work for spends a lot of money using your service and having to spend an hour on the phone to attempt to speak to someone is unacceptable. I’m STILL on hold as I write this.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
