I own a business in Truckee, California. We have reopened out store after being closed for 3 months to support the health and wellbeing of our community, our staff and our country. We have a policy now, following the recommendation of health experts, requiring anyone entering our store wash their hands, wear a mask and social distance at least 6 feet. We have received two deliveries from FedEx. Both drivers were unwilling to put on a mask once that entered without a mask nor did they social distance. The entrance is clearly signed that delivery people must wear a mask to enter. One driver responded to being ask to put on a mask by reaching in his pocket and pulling up a mask and then shoving it back in his pocket. He turned to our sales associate and said rudely, "do you want your packages or not". He finally put on the mask when I intervened. The driver today unloaded several packages and said when asked to put on a mask, "I have no mask". All in all, the drivers were rude and unwilling to comply with what was asked of them as a customer. Due to the lack of respect from your drivers, we will specify on all future orders from our vendors that they ship UPS ONLY! The UPS drivers have responded positively to our requests to wear a mask and are respectful of the concerns of their customer. Step up Fedex. You can do better than allow a culture of disregard and disrespect for your customers COVID concerns.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
