Only gave it one star because there is no zero star option. NEVER; and I mean NEVER choose fedex to ship your orders. I guarantee a 3-day shipping policy for my business by paying for 2-day shipping, so explain to me why this shipping took 2 WEEKS. 2 WEEKS. I would be less upset if it was something I ordered and shipped through fedex since I would be more understanding, but I’m a business owner. That order send 2 WEEKS LATE left me with unsatisfied customers which I couldn’t do anything about since YOU GUYS are doing the shipping. Either ship on time and responsible or close up shop. Either way, UPS is way cheaper and actually ships on time. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
