I really do not understand the bad service of customer service they do not solve anything for you just what to expect the good or the bad they do not give you any answers all static answers without any type of concern about the situation they do not put themselves in the customer's shoes They having the responsibility and the ineffectiveness do not give the extra mile neither the employees nor the supervisors. Ana one of the supervisors without any commitment to the work that must be done without identifying with the client, all mechanics and very insensitive to the situation of a Client, I asked her to help me, I begged her and she very mechanically repeated her script of the supposed service she provides. FedEx I do not know if it stayed on the road that has not progressed in which customer service is more personalized and that it must be offered with the interest of helping with personalism with passion and responsibility.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
