I've nothing but problems from fedex in receiving my package when i was told it would be delivered. The driver makes no attempt in delivering but states there was an attempt made. I refuse to use this service either to ship or have anything shipped using this service. What happened to doing your job to the best of your ability? Today is the second day ive had to rearrange my schedule in hopes to having it delivered by 8pm. Im just fed up with the driver to the staff who seem to believe there is not a problem. I wouldn't give fedex any stars because that's where my package is. Somewhere in the stars

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
