I received an email stating that my package was delivered today around 2 p.m. today is October 16th it's a Saturday. I was home by 5 p.m. no package was to be found. And it appears that nobody can tell me anything about where the package is. Either phone FedEx or the store that I bought it from. That is pitiful beyond words. I could see if it was sitting out there overnight and maybe was stolen. But this is not the case so in a 3-hour window my package magically disappeared into the ethers and there's nothing that can be done about it. Why can't you guys find out who the driver was and find out what happened? This is unacceptable. I would like to rate zero Stars however that is not even an option.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
