I witnessed a FedEx truck pull up to the front of my house today go to the back of his truck but didn't never step outside of it and then drove away. I immediately contacted FedEx and told them my package was not delivered and the man didn't even step out of his truck they assured me everything was okay and that my package was still in transit and I would receive it today. Since the truck left my house I've kept my door open with the screen storm door closed and have been sitting in the living room I received a text message from FedEx telling me that another attempt would be made tomorrow and that attempt at 4:10 was made that is absurd I was standing in my living room and have been waiting for this package since yesterday. I rate the company in South bend and Kentucky straight trash. I place my order November 8th and it was scheduled for a 2-day delivery thank you FedEx it's been 4 days going on five

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
