They tapped so light on your door you can't even get to the door before they're in their truck. They'll also leave a heavy package right in front of your door and if your door swings out like ours do, you are pushing a heavy package with your door so that you can get it. Also if it's raining they'll leave it out in the rain instead of 12in off the door where it's covered. I can't believe these people are making money to do this. My neighbor has a ramp in front of her door and they leave it at the end of her ramp they don't even bring it to her door. A normal person if they saw a ramp with say hey there must be a handicap person here I should be a nice person carried to the door I'm rap hard enough in case they're older and hard-of-hearing so I can put it inside the door for them that's not FedEx drivers

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
