I 've had increasing problems in FedEx deliveries in the last few years. I live in a rural area & have never been allowed direct contact with the local shipping facility. I've lived here over 30 years & have had packages delivered to unknown unmarked locations, tossed into brush over a neighbor's fence over a mile from my home, which I discovered upon locating the replacement shipment which I'd request they place in waterproof bag. The bag was NOT sealed & hung on the hinge post of a RANCH gate 2 properties away. It had rained & the box was in over 2" water inside the bag. The 1st package was 5-6' from gate post in tall weeds. Cardboard box & contents were soaked after weeks of rain & were. Virtually irretrievably. Contents were pet medications rendered unusable after degradation from water saturation. I've had items recorded as "delivered" to my address but we're ultimately found 12+ miles away at a commercial drop FB location but had not been scanned at thatcremote location so there was no record of its not having Bern delivered at my home. When I was running a home business it was taking so long to communicate with the local FedEx facility I often had shipments returned to the shipper before I could get accurate tracking information!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
