I received a call from FedEx yesterday afternoon saying that my overnight express shipped package will be here before 8 AM. So I let work know I will be a few minutes late. It’s now 9:15 and still nothing... I have to be here to get it because I have to sign for it and it’s living so it can’t sit outside. It’s pretty frustrating when you pay for shipping logistics company a lot of money to ship some thing and then they can’t do what they say they’re going to do. So then you look at the app that they give you for tracking end it shows that it’s in the river in downtown Calgary and has not moved since 3am this morning. I expect better from a multi billion dollar company.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
