Unbelievable: on December 8th, I shipped 2 packages by FedEx from Toronto, Canada. The first was to reach Vancouver on December 11. It remained in Toronto until December 22 and was delivered on December 23. In a worse situation, a second identical package was shipped at the same time on December 8. I paid international priority rate of $454 for delivery in Barbados on December 10. The package arrived in Barbados on December 11, then remained in the airport customs until December 29, when it was finally cleared and delivered, along with a customs fee of $272. I called the Customs unit at the airport myself and was told that FedEx employees had not cleared goods for several weeks. I ship such packages by FedEx every Christmas. However, this is the last time that I will ever use FedEx for anything.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
