If I could give a zero star I would. On December 6th I paid over $100 for next day shipping through reptile runner on a baby ball python (the value of the snake makes no difference but it was over $550) it’s still out for shipment and it is now January 11th. I have called and called and called and no one has given me straight answers or any valid information on why this has become next month/year shipping rather then next day, I completely understand why it would take a couple days longer but not a month and change. Terrible customer service and because of it a innocent animal had to die in a box cold, dehydrated, and scared. Over the course of the month I had been promised several calls back from management with no follow up. I’m at a serious loss and have no idea what else I can possibly do anymore. I realize for the last six months or so there is no guarantees on delivery time but if this is the case why charge some people more or less for shipping still dependant on shipping time, if there is no guarantee then it should be a flat rate for everyone. The only good thing I can say is there were a few polite and understanding phone representatives I had spoken too during the course of the month.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
