I have a 2 package from India I called for last 3 days to get my package but no one response they said I will call u later but no one call me bcz I need it urgent on Friday I call again and said I want my package immediately then they said one package still in Singapore I called 3 days no one let me know before one package arrived one package is not arrived Custamor care said that package still in Singapore but the tracking Number said it’s here on 26th jan at Welshpool but after that again it travel to Singapoor how it happened?? This is all your careless and your customer service is very poor they didn’t response in a good way we pay our package u charge so many $$$ but if we ask about our package or something u guys didn’t response well I never send through package on ur fed ex anymore poor poor customer service

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
