The only Reason I gave one star is because I was not able to leave zero Stars . I have been waiting since Thursday for a package to arrive and every day they say That they are unable to contact me or the business is closed And they put it out for the next day . My son's birthday was the 31st and here we are on the 1st and the helium machine for his birthday party is still not here But it was supposed to be here two days before The man pulled up sat in his truck for 2 minutes And then drove away and said he could not deliver and never attempted to deliver the package I've been waiting For 5 days now I hate FedEx and I get frustrated when I ordered through some place and they use FedEx because even if you pay for next day delivery you never get your package on time

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
