Ordered a part February 14th paid for shipping Next Day Air which would have been February 16th at 11 a.m. delivery at AutoZone never showed up claim weather delays today is now February 24th still not here was stalking Reno Nevada for nearly seven or eight days move today I called to Memphis Tennessee been in Memphis Tennessee for 8 hours and was told it would be here said it would be here after all said and done because of bad weather February 24th at 11 a.m. at AutoZone still not here it is in Memphis Tennessee FedEx do not pay for next day shipping they will not reimburse you they will not take charge of their cost they blame it on the weather blame it on their customer terrible business

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
