Federal express is the worst mail service they don’t even deserve 1 star I was expecting an overnight package it left Pennsylvania Thursday kerp in mind Pennsylvania is 6 hours from my house it went to New Jersey left New Jersey Friday morning was in elmsford ny 2 hours away now my package traveled 5 hours backwards to New Jersey again here it is day two still waiting for a 24 hour overnight package now it’s saying won’t get til Monday that will be 4 days don’t waste your money the post office is quicker I sent a package Thursday through post office priority mail they recieved that package the next day for 3.95 vs $30 I give fed ex the worst rating would never recommend any one to use it and I will tell everyone I know not to use their incredibly incompetent company

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
