Tracking said it was out for delivery the Sunday. I changed my plans and waited home all day and it never showed up. Now it says the scheduled day is 3 days from now. Totally ridiculous. It's already in town and they're going to wait 3 days to deliver it after telling me it was supposed to be delivered today? Never again would I use FedEx

  • Fedex delivered my items to a different address entirely. I called to complain and was directed to go online and report my case. I reported my case boldly written that the misplaced item is a medication for a sick person till this point of writing Fedex have not responded. How can a company not be sensitive to life issues. My plea is for Fedex to pick up my item from the wrong address and deliver it to the address on the box. The recipient need the medication.

  • Very late, and tracking system is lame. UPS and even USPS beats FedEx. FedEx needs an Rx (FedRx?).

  • Been getting notices for two days saying your package arrives tomorrow. Tomorrow they send another message its coming the next day. Still no package. This is ridiculous. I can't just wait around expecting package for the package to not show up when they said it would arrive. This is not the 1st or second time this has happened when FedX is handling packages. Certainly not what it use to be.
