After a 500$ loss of lobster&scallops,I would never trust Fed X again,I sent a package priority service,paid extra for replacement value,was told a delivery date,well it didn’t get therefor 5 days because ,it wasn’t picked up on day i took it to pick up location,I had to change delivery location ,I made several phone calls and was told it was done,(false) it never happened,so package would have never reached destination my son was told by delivery man,I called fed x and lady there found where parcel was,son received it ,was spoiled,returned my shipping fee ,but as for the the loss of 500$ of fresh fish nothing they could do,they don’t cover that,but when sent it ,there was no problem,So the extra I paid for to cover value of parcel,they didn’t honour even though it was their fault!Was offered a free shipping up to 20 lbs,As if I would trust them ever again!i was told lies by representatives for 5 days! Don’t want anyone else to experience the same thing!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
